Description

African Gorilla Tour enables discovery and exploration of major African gorilla parks in Rwanda, Uganda and Dr Congo for Mountain Gorilla trekking in Virunga national park. African Gorilla Tour gives you the opportunity for an up-close encounter with endangered mountain gorillas in the forest. Call it a one-on-one experience with the gentle primates as you stand just 6 meters away from the magnificent mountain Gorilla, watching them and gazing into its brown eyes. African Gorilla Trips in Rwanda is highly recommended for those that are short on time as the connecting time from the airport in Kigali to the Gorilla trekking base is quite short compared to Uganda’s Bwindi and Mgahinga that lie 8 hours away from Entebbe airport or Kampala city.

On your African Gorilla Tours; you will wake up early in the morning and head to the park headquarters to join other visitors for a briefing about dos and don’ts while with Mountain gorillas on a tracking exercise. After the briefing, you will start your trek into the forest guided by researchers and guides to find a family of Gorillas led by a silverback.

African Gorilla Tours offer intensive unforgettable memories watching mountain Gorillas in the jungles of Bwindi forest or any other gorilla destination

African Gorilla Tour package presents you with the opportunity to film and capture the perfect shots of the Gorillas and to gain insights into their daily activities.

Since Rwanda tripled its Gorilla permit price in May 2017, there has been a tremendous increase in visitors trekking with gorillas in Bwindi and Mgahinga from Rwanda’s Kigali airport during their African Gorilla safari. Both parks can easily be accessed with 3 to 4 hours of driving from Kigali which presents a great opportunity for those looking for budget gorilla trekking tours.
