9 Days Birding tour in Uganda takes you to Kibale forest national park for chimpanzee trekking and gorilla trekking in Bwindi. Wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee and drive to Kibale forest national park to look for forest birds like the endemic Pitta and other Kibale specials like the Red-tailed Ant-Thrushes skulk in the shadows, Scaly-breasted, Red-tailed Bristle bill, Pale-breasted and Brown Illadopsis, Cameroon Somber, Yellow-spotted and Yellow billed Barbets, Slender-billed, Speckled Tinker birds, Honey guide and Spotted, Yellow-crested Woodpecker, Rufous-crowned Eremomela, White-thighed and Black-and-white-casqued Hornbills, Green Crombec, Western Black-headed Oriole among others. Come back to the lodge for early lunch and later return to Kibale forest national park for afternoon chimpanzee trekking experience. This park is known as the best primate viewing area in the world. After drive to Queen Elizabeth national park for dinner and overnight stay.

Wake up in the morning and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park for game drive / bird watching experiences. You see a number of birds in Queen Elizabeth national park such as African finfoot, Grey-winged robin-chat, Collared pratincole, African hobby, African skimmer, Yellow-throated cuckoo,Crab-plover, Broad-billed roller, Ayres’s hawk eagle, Black bee-eater, Black-rumped buttonquail, Common sand martin, Papyrus gonolek, Yellow-bellied wattle-eye, Great blue turaco, Great white pelican, Caspian plover, Heuglin’s gull, Palm-nut vulture, Spotted redshank, Pel’s fishing-owl, Pink-backed pelican, White-winged tern, Red-chested sunbird, Rufous-bellied heron, Shoebill, Western banded snake eagle, White-backed night heron among others.
